I still have another bid that is still available to bid on. That one I actually had to bid a second time because I was out bid and it is possible I may be out bid again. That is good for the person who wants the loan because it lowers the interest rate for the borrower. The original bid I place was for $50 @ 12.00% interest this was out bid and the new interest to bid at is 10.50%.
